How to stay Fit after 3 kids

With my experience being pregnant was a great pleasure.
I was 135 when I had my first child I went up to 148 and was down to 138 after pregnancy. With my 2nd child which all my kids happen to be 2 years apart. I went from 138 to 147. After birth back down to 137. 3rd child even better! I was already fit (I will tell you how later in the discussion) 138 to 125 and here I am 2 years later 125!
Need I say more?

How to get the fat off and keep it off!

If you manage your self.
Here is a couple of things I did to maintain a athletic and healthy
weight:

"Eat When Your Hungry!"
I remember when my OBYn told me that
I need to eat more and more that 'I'
wasn't picking up weight.
My baby was doing great but not me.
So , I went home and stuff my face till I went back for my
next check up to find out I gained too much weight!
I had a healthy baby girl 7 pounds 5 ounces.
When I was pregnant with my other girls I ate when ever I was hungry and my baby grew and grew (both). I of course gained a little weight.

"Walking"
Stay fit by simply walking.
I would try to walk as much as I could.
Insteda of taking the car to the store I would walk and even
carry the groceries!
Till this day I thank alll that walking with firm thighs and buttocks :)

The BIG 1

"Breast Feeding"
Yes that good ol' fashion breast feeding.
This should be your first option when you feed your child.
Let your child do all the work for you.
Eat what you want and never have to make a bottle.
You will sleep with ease and need I remind you when you sleep you lose weight.

You will sleep better and of course your stomach will go down quick!

5 foods that will blast your fat away for sure:
Pickles
Oranges
Fish
Grapefruit
Celery


Desserts that won't hurt you either.
Ice cream(in moderation)
Brownies (drink plenty of water afterwards you will be ok)

Just please remember to keep taking your multivitamins.
they are for the baby!!
If you are on Iron supplement please keep taking them even if it makes your stomach hurt eat before taking them or ask your doctor for a diffrent brand.
